• We shall maintain professional and ethical practices. Clearly communicate our goals and related activities.
• Dialogue with others to encourage cooperation and trust.

Vision Share shall be recognized for superior service by virtue of its donor screening procedures, donor tissue quality, and management practices.

• Maintain or exceed EBAA accreditation standards. Standardize member/associate donor screening procedures. Standardize member/associate tissue evaluation procedures. Provide superior service to user physicians and surgery sites.
• Provide members and others who retain our services with management advice which will result in significant improvement in their operations.

Stress the altruistic nature of donation and ensure Vision Share is recognized as a worthy steward of public and professional trust and admiration.

• Participate regularly in domestic or international humanitarian missions that require eye bank time, personnel or tissue. When appropriate, provide tissue without charge for humanitarian missions.
• Communicate to the public the extent of our undertakings and the methods by which they were made possible.
